Dylan Bird is an Independent Mortgage Broker, with more than ten years experience in finance and sales. He has a “passion for working with individuals and families to accomplish their homeownership goals.” 

Dylan takes a hands-on approach to every loan, from the initial application to the closing. He has a wealth of knowledge and enjoys working with all types of clients – regardless of their budget, credit history, or potential obstacles to financing a home.

As part of the top-notch service he provides, Dylan educates buyers about the range of mortgage options, so they can make good decisions that are in alignment with their lifestyle and financial goals. 

His personal philosophy is to “go above and beyond in all areas of life, with hard work, integrity, and care and compassion.”

A native Oregonian, Dylan was born and raised in Portland. Away from the office, Dylan loves water skiing, water polo, and exploring hidden swimming holes throughout the Pacific Northwest. He also enjoys barbequing, playing the guitar, piano, and drums, and spending time with family and friends.

Dylan is a member of Business Networking International (BNI) – Cascadia Connection, and he volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and the Portland Assistance League.

He is licensed in Oregon and Washington.
