I worked with Newland Mortgage for my recent condo purchase. I was juggling a few financial challenges - refinancing my home while I was also making a purchase. Things with the refinance, that I had started with another group before connecting with Andy, were getting frustrating. Andy took the lead to assist me in getting that whole situation resolved. Then with my own condo purchase, there was a challenge based on the insurance coverage that the HOA had in place. This could have impacted the purchase. Andy stepped in to lead that situation to a successful conclusion.

I just refinanced with Newland Mortgage. It was easy and affordable! I compared rates with another company and the others had 1-2% higher interest rates (with buying down the rate). They didn't come close. Newland shops around to find the best option for your situation. They have always been very responsive and willing to talk though options. Fantastic experience! They were able to give me final approval in 6 business days, and I closed just 2 days after that. They were able to get me lower closing costs, and a lower interest rate than the other lender I worked with. These guys are pros.
