Andrew Varcak, President of Newland Mortgage

Andrew Varcak, President of Newland Mortgage, has more than sixteen years experience in the mortgage industry. In that time, he’s originated more than $200 million in loans personally and has managed production of more than $4 billion in loans as an Originator, Branch Manager, and Area Manager.

Before opening Newland Mortgage, Andy worked for four years at Envoy Mortgage, LTD as an area manager and was in Envoy’s Circle of Excellence three times. Prior to his time at Envoy, Andy spent ten years at Wells Fargo, where he was an area manager and was in the Leaders Club six times.

In all of the positions he’s held, Andy has been a top producer, in large part because he takes care of  customers to the best of his ability and loves to “provide value and help customers realize their financial goals.”

Born in Redondo Beach, California and raised in Walnut Creek, California, Andy attended the University of Oregon, where he graduated Cum Laude.

Andy and his wife Erika live in Wilsonville with their two young children, Eisley (who is seven years old) and Bohden (who is six).

Outside the office, Andy enjoy spending time with his family, working outside on their 7-acre property in Lake Oswego, and volunteering at his kids’ school, Stafford Primary.

Andy is licensed as a Mortgage Loan Originator in Oregon, Washington, California, and Hawaii and is a member of the Association of Independent Mortgage Experts (AIME).
