Excellent process to Re-fi my home. Every document needed was easily uploaded to a dropbox account which made things go very fast and made it very easy. Vicki was very pleasant to deal with and even went above and beyond and answered phone calls/texts/emails on weekends and after hours, very quick responses and always found an answer to our questions. She had everything lined up and made things very easy! Would recommend her to anybody needing any type of home loan service! Thank you Vicki!
